Some sellers may offer a mystery bag or mystery box—a surprise selection at a steep discount where you won’t know the exact contents until you pick it up. These are two different products: bags are for fresh veggies and fruits, while boxes are for food items (like bakery goods or meals). The seller will describe the type of items (e.g., “mixed vegetable bag” or “bakery surprise box”) but not the exact contents. Both mystery bags and boxes are always clearly labeled.
You pick up the product directly from the seller. Each listing shows the pickup location and any instructions. We are also preparing to offer delivery options soon – but for now, our platform focuses on pickup. If a seller arranges their own third‑party delivery, they will mention it separately.
Contact us within 24 hours. We mediate fairly between you and the seller. Depending on the issue, we may arrange a partial refund, replacement, or credit. We don’t guarantee automatic returns, but we guarantee a fair process.
