How do I create an account? +
Tap Sign up on the marketplace and follow the registration steps a phone number and a pickup area is all we need to start.
What are your support hours? +
Our team is available daily, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next working morning.
How do I report a problem with an order? +
Email support@resqharvest.com with your order details within 24 hours of pickup.
Do you offer refunds? +
Refunds are handled case by case. Contact support within 24 hours of your order and we'll work out a partial refund, replacement or credit.
How can I become a partner vendor? +
Apply on the Become a partner section on the home page, or email info@resqharvest.com with your business details.
